The information was presented in a way that it was easily understood and could be easily applied to everyday life immediately. The production quality was great as the audio and visual help drive home the message of the instructor. The instructor's delivery was very interesting as there was a sense of vulnerability at the start of the video and courage by the end that made me believe in the process. This in return lured me to a place of reflection of my on life, forcing me to ask more questions, and trying to apply some of the methods conveyed into my own life immediately (music playlist, vision board,etc). The instructor had my attention from beginning to end. Job Well Done!!!

While I have not actually done the exercises in this course, I did take a few minutes to take it all in and go for a test drive so to speak. I like how the course was paced. Straight forward with awesome video clips emphasizing certain points as the course progressed. This will surely help me to get past my little speed bump in life.
