The author puts the right information into easily understandable slides. So far, everything is basic knowledge about fasting, dieting, macro-nutrients, etc. But he puts it in very practical and logical steps so you understand the "why" behind the concepts. Pet peeve of mine: i'm pretty sure glucose is pronounced glue-kohs, not glow-cuse. ;-)

interesting presentation.... I will see if works. Agree with water use and with the theory of fasting ( our ancestors were naturally fasting and many tradition/ religion are requiring period of fasting) . I am not sure if everything you want to eat or actually healthy ( suspect the pizza is loaded with salt and other preservatives) .
